Go Fly Your Kite

Today is Fathers Day in Canada, Sorry Dad you still have to wait til September thou! And they have an Annual Kite Day! I recently got a foil stunt kite so I was a little interested. Most of the kites were only single line kites but some were absolutely massive.

The setting was picture perfect and it was relaxing just watching the kites fly around. I didn't get mine out because unfortunately Brenna had to go to work! but with a view like this I'm sure Ill get plenty of inspiration to go fly my Kite

A fun weekend

It was an absolutely perfect weekend weather wise. Brenna and I got invited to go upto Campbell River and have some fun at McIvor Lake, Like several lakes in this region it is feed from glaciers', so they can be considered cold, which I can confirm!! If it was a few degress warmer it would be fantastic.
While we were there we got dared to go off a rope swing, something I can't remember trying before, so after been shown by a seasoned pro,Ben.. Nick a fellow aussie who is the boyfriend of Brenna's best friend and I got the courage to attempt it, It is bloody high up there but a huge rush! When it get warmer we will get some more practice for sure!

It's a long way Up!

I let go a little early!! Still fun tho!!

Nick and I after our Leap of faith!!
