Well Im now back to reality and back at work, well its going to be 10 days straight by the end of this roster!! Had a fantastic time away the west coast is beautiful! they say it's where the rain forest meets the sea. It rained most the 4 days, its been a while since I've seen that much rain, but it was all good.. We didn't let the rain spoil our time away :) Can you spot Buck and Koko in the pic above???
We went whale watching in a zodiac it was open to the element and we had to dress to suit it was another good time. The ride out was so much fun, the rolling in the swell as we watched 10 grey whales as the head up to Alaska from Baha mexico to feed was good but my tummy wouldn't agree to much with that! but I kept it inside my tummy :) The whales were cool with there tail waging as the prepare to dive under.
Brenna was all ready for the trip to see the whales!
Pacific Rim National Paark had nice beaches with plenty of drift wood. There is also plenty of spots to go surfing and it was being surfed as we visited, burr it must have been cold!!
Here was a nice walk with stunning coastline, the rain forest well and truly met the sea.
