The other day wednesday to be exactly, Brenna and I moved into our new place. Its in courtenay and its a one bedroom, Its a good size, its on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator which makes moving so much easier! all in all it only took us 5 hrs from start to finish!
In other news, I did have a job as a storeman but I didnt like it that much so now Im back to job hunting once more,, but there had been a few landscape jobs advertised so hopefully one has my name on it. and If not i have contacted my bosses from last summer and they are hiring in mid march. I also heard from the mountain that they may be letting a few crap workers go and I.m on the top of the list to replace them. Speaking of mountain we went up there on friday nite to see the guy who played at my 30th last year, Shane Phillip he plays the dideridoo and is awesome.
While we were there we entered a raffle to win a massive painting of 7ft x 3ft which was being painted as Shane played, Brenna and I had 1 ticket each and Brenna won it!!! its awesome a pic of it is below and it adds a nice bit of colour to the flat!
I have also been informed of the Black Saturday back home and our hearts go out to everyone there! just happy all our family is safe..
Hope I get a job soon and will keep you posted on that, it sux have absolutely NO money!!
