Me again

Well I have just finished an other work week on the mountain, Like always by the end of the week you are so tired and always look forward to that sleep in and tomorrow is no different. This week has been a cold one upto -20 degrees with wind chill but we have had plenty of snow and more to come, I worked last night and about 30 cm fell and I have to say the riding in powder is awesome, everything goes super quiet and you are totally in another world just you and your board. 

Its nearly spring here (starts 21st March) and the week has brought winter conditions to town with snow fall in the valley, but the days are now longer with day light savings now underway.

Still on the mountain there is 4 weeks remaining then it will be time to get another job, but thats already sorted!! got 2 options will start landscaping in late April and even up my goggle tan..

Well beta go have to pack for our long weekend away. We are off to Ucluelet. this is on the west coast of the island and takes about 4 hrs to drive there. it is about 30mins from the islands' favourite surf spot Tofino. (Map Below) don't forget we live in Courtenay its on the map and you can our see where Mt Washington is too, We get to go whale watching too which should be an awesome experience so I better remember to pack my camera for that one and plenty of relaxing too..Oh yeah Bucks' coming he enjoys visiting places too, he is a little tired of looking at himself in our mirror at the end of the room on the dresser!
