Where have I gone??

Well the past few weeks have been pretty uneventful for me, with sitting around watching tv, surfing the internet and all that fun stuff... Ive hung around with Brenna's brother Grant a bit which has been good. He has no job either and is doing pretty the same thing as I am, but he sleeps more then me! haha

The mountain has closed from full operation now and still had 700 cm of snow when it shut!! We have had all of our end of year parties, its a little hard to enjoy them the way you want when half the time it feels like your arm is going to fall off!! The patrol party was in Gold River, and 1.5 hr drive north, it was great to get out of the valley and I have not been there yet. The drive was awesome nice winding roads and spectacular views of the dam and mountains all around. Had a good time there too even though it was only over night. The weather in town is nicer so many people are out riding, kayaking, playing golf all those summer activities. The colour is out cherry blossoms are out and the magnolia's are budding up they should look spectacular!! The island always comes into colour a little earlier than the rest of BC because its really isn't that cold here. So I cant wait to see how the rest of BC looks when we go on our road trip with Mum and Babs. OMG thats next week!!! where has the year gone??????
